Nectarine & Butter Crumble Trifle (GF)
Vanilla sponge (GF) soaked in a trio of milk and cream, vanilla cream, layered with caramel, mascarpone cream, almond butter crumble, fresh nectarines and apricot infused in bergamot and stone fruit marmalade.
Serves approximately 6-8.
Ingredients: Gluten-Free Flour, Almond Flour, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Modified Tapioca Starch (non-GMO), Dextrose Monohydrate, Thickeners, Butter, Eggs, Caster Sugar, Salt, Milk, Pectin, Condensed Milk, Thickened Cream, Mascarpone, Lemon Bergamot, Maple Syrup, Yuzu Puree, Vanilla Bean, Nectarines, Apricot, Peach Puree.

To ensure safe and secure transportation of the cake without compromising the quality and design, it is highly recommended to transport your cake in an air-conditioned vehicle. Place the cake box on a flat surface such as the floor of the car or securely place it in the boot (ensure box will not move when driving) and out of direct sunlight.
