Summer fig tart baked with almond cream and sliced figs with fig jam, crème brûlée and white sesame ganache montée. Topped with fresh figs and candied pecan.

 

 

Ingredients: Plain Flour, Butter, Icing Sugar, Salt, Eggs, Vanilla Paste, Vegetable Oil, Figs, Fig Puree, Lemon Juice, Orange Juice, Pectin NH, Caster Sugar, Thickened Cream, Callebaut White Chocolate, Gelatine Mass, Pecan, Pure Cream, Corn Flour, Almond Meal, White Sesame Seeds.


This product contains gluten, eggs, nuts, gelatine and dairy. Our products may contain traces of allergens as our cakes and pastries are made in an environment containing eggs, sesame seeds, soy, tree nuts and gluten.

Serving & Storage

Store your cake in the fridge as soon as possible.

Transport

To ensure safe and secure transportation of the cake without compromising the quality and design, it is highly recommended to transport your cake in an air-conditioned vehicle. Place the cake box on a flat surface such as the floor of the car or securely place it in the boot (ensure box will not move when driving) and out of direct sunlight.

Cancellations & Pick-Up Changes

Cake orders cannot be cancelled any later than 72 hours in advance.
Any later than this and we cannot process a refund or change the pick-up date.
